In the app (fastest)
- Customer app: open "My account" → "Delete account", then type «حذف» to confirm.
- Vendor app: open the Store tab → "Delete account", then type «حذف» to confirm. Your store will close permanently.
Without the app
Message us from the email address linked to your account at ma6640788@gmail.com, or on WhatsApp at +964 783 026 7250, and say which app (customer or vendor). We will confirm that the account is yours, delete it within 7 days and let you know.
What is deleted and what remains
- Deleted immediately: your name and email, your saved addresses, your devices' notification tokens and your sign-in account. Your current orders are cancelled.
- Customers: we erase your name, phone number, address and notes from your past orders; the order record (products, amounts and dates) remains without them.
- Vendors: the store closes permanently and disappears from the customer app; its name, phone number, photo and products remain in the record of past orders.
- Backups: deleted data disappears from them within 30 days.
- Crash reports: deleted automatically within 90 days.

If you signed in with Facebook
You can also remove Qala Store in your Facebook settings → "Apps and websites". That stops Facebook sharing your data with us, but it does not delete your account with us, so use one of the methods above as well.
